On 28th January 2019, Leon Smith suffered an out of hospital cardiac arrest at Annesley Primary School where he worked.  Despite the best efforts from the School Staff, Community First Responders, Paramedics and Air Ambulance, Leon did not survive.  As a family, we started to fundraiser for a defibrillator for the school and since then haven’t stopped.
